The most important thing that I have learned over the past few years is that no matter how successful you wish to be in life you will have to work harder then you have ever imagined. I started in the Telecom industry about 4 years ago and have been promoted several times to my current position. I have a fantastic sales team that I lead in selling Internet and Phone services in the SMB marketplace. The future is bright, but I understand that I will fail many more times in my life. When I do fail I will be the first one back on my feet ready for action. I believe that experience is gained through failing and over time the experience gained will ultimately lead to success!
