Joe Gabris has been involved in the real estate business since 1993. His currently licenses include: Mortgage Broker, Community Association Manager, NY Real Estate Sales. In addition to his background in real estate his formal training includes a M.A. in social policy and a B.A. business administration. Operating his business's in NY for over ten years, he settled in Miami or as he explains “I moved to Paradise”. According to Joe; “Miami is a key port and a strategic center with gold paved streets. Golden is the ability for people to meet and transact. As long as your streets are paved and people walk them, they are gold. With nothing else, Miami has the best sunshine, and Miami’s sunshine is something everyone wants” My whole life is about real estate and putting people together is instinct. My grandfather arriving from Czechoslovakia in 1910 was a landlord, my dad was a property manager, and I grew up in a management office where I was trained to create something from nothing. Today, I invent programs in my sleep. Even after completing a masters degree in social policy, there is only one other profession I could ever love or enjoy more than real estate and that is telling people of all the great stuff we can do on it.
