Bert VisserPartner / Senior Consultant, CoThink Bert Visser is partner and senior consultant, trainer & coach with CoThink since April 2008. His primary focus is the design and implementation of result-oriented services and programs. Central to his support is mobilising en harnessing the creative and critical thinking skills of people in organizations through disciplined approach and structure. Bert provides support to a number of organizations, where people and process play a critical role. He supports clients through: • Strategy formulation & implementation: through management of change, portfolio-management and project management. • Analysis and improvement of operational process and human performance, especially in Production- and Assetmanagement, like organizational structure and design, cooperation & communication and employee effectiveness. • Facilitation on Problem Solving, Decision Making & Risk Management. Before founding CoThink, he was founder & country manager Kepner-Tregoe Netherlands and Practice Leader with Kepner-Tregoe (KT) since 2000. Bert is initiator and member of the board of Herrmann International Netherlands (Whole Brain Thinking and Team Development) Bert has also worked as a senior consultant with Rijnconsult for 11 years and worked on projects including production and asset-management, urban development and facilities management. Bert also worked with the National Woningraad for five years, where he had responsibility for the development, implementation and management of a maintenance management system, and he managed client services in the call center. He also has previous experience as a manager of the project-office with the Housing Development Association for the City of Utrecht. Bert Visser holds a bachelor in both civil engineering & business administration and is certified with SIOO management consultant and change management.
