I am setting up an Innovation program for professionals grounded in the notion of "Design Thinking" For last 14 years, I have been in the field of education. Throughout my journey I have successfully introduced many new and innovative ideas in the field of Higher & Technical Education as well as School Education. I have been an education entrepreneur where I established and run the organizations from scratch ensuring access for everyone and quality for the enrolled. I am a computer engineer by qualification, but never wrote a single line of software code. I have been responsible for establishment, overall strategy, implementation and daily issues of running educational institution of wide variety such as Schools, Engineering Colleges, Management Institutes and institutes offering education in niche areas such as Fire Engineering, Safety Engineering, Printing Engineering, etc. I founded Creative-i College, in 2004 which was one of the first private initiatives in the field of Design Education. I was also instrumental in establishing a post graduate program in engineering design. Out of my love for education, I advise at Khandesh College Education Society, Jalgaon in the areas of strategy, promotions & mentor new KCE institutions. KCE Society is a 60 year old institution with more than 14000 students. All in all I can say about me is that I am an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic educator who is passionately committed to education and capable of expanding the limits of traditional pedagogy through the development and realization of a unique integrative and interdisciplinary curriculum.
