Lynnea Hagen hosts the "Abundance Leadership" weekly radio program at: www.modavox.com/voiceamericabusiness. She is the owner of the coaching and consulting firms The Abundance Company(www.abundancecoaching.net) and My Sounding-Board (www.mysounding-board.com). She has been a successful consultant to Fortune 500 firms, small businesses, and educational and government institutions for over 20 years, specializing in helping visionary business leaders grow their business and grow themselves. She started mentoring and coaching groups and individuals over 15 years ago, working with them through various challenges and changes in their businesses and their lives. Lynnea is a requested guest speaker for conferences, association meetings, television, and radio. She is hosts the Abundance Leadership program on VoiceAmerica internet radio. Using various assessments, she supports and inspires her clients to be more productive, more effective as leaders, and make more money. Her services include: newsletters, assessments, individual and group coaching, business plans, whole-business design and coaching programs, seminars, workshops, retreats, and teaching. Education and Background: Lynnea's vast corporate and managerial experiences include The Disney Corporation, Quaker State Oil, AT&T, and Pacific Bell. She has also held directorship positions with two Bay Area consulting and recruiting firms. She holds two Bachelor (Psychology and Sociology) degrees from Chapman University, a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from University of Southern California, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is licensed business planner, a certified seminar leader, and has taught at San Jose State University’s Professional Development campus. Lynnea serves on Boards of Directors for the Exploration Center, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the Salvation Army. She completed an executive coaching program through The School of Professional Psychology. In addition, she is qualified in the Myers Briggs Temperament Inventory (MBTI). She is an affiliate of Strong Leadership Systems, the Coachville Graduate School of Coaching, the School of Small Business Coaching, and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches.
