I am an Organizational Effectiveness/Communication consultant, faculty at Concordia and Metropolitan State Universities in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Communication, Diversity, and Management and Supervision, and a trainer at the Center for Training and Development at North Hennepin Community College. As part of my consulting practice, I facilitate staff workshops and seminars for corporations, small businesses, school districts, universities, community and business colleges, nonprofits, and the government entities. Recent clients include: MPR, FAF Advisors, Hennepin and Dakota Counties, and Chambers of Commerce. I am the owner of Listen 4 Success, a consultancy that focuses on using Listening Analytics to help its personal and professional clients achieve their highest level of communication.
