I started as a part-time announcer for a small radio station in Carthage, Missouri. When I left 11 years later I had worked my way up to the GSM position. I left to work with the famed Chuck Dunaway, who taught me more about marketing than any book on the shelve. After several years working for Chuck, I started my own advertising agency upon Chuck's retirement. The agency was very successful for 7 years in Missouri, as the economy started it's downturn, my wife and I decide to head south where business is strong. I landed a gig at KMID-TV as the GSM and show host, after a fast year went by I was promoted to GM for my innovative "sellable" ideas.
