At the location Heerlen, I am responsible for the clusters Projectmanagement & Architecture, Requirements Engineering & Testmanagement and Software Architecture & Engineering. The IBW department supports the core business (statistics) in facilitating IT related projects in all of its aspects. Projects are carried out, based on industry standards like IAF, Prince2, RUP and CMMi. - Enterprise Architecture defines the architecural outlines and blueprints of the corporate IT landscape. - The HO-teams accelarate the startup phase of projects by outlining the needs, features and architecture of the project at hand - Projectmanagement assures delivery of projects - Requirements Engineering is responsible for determining the needs and features, which lead to the (non-)functional specifications of the IT-system - Software Architecture and Engineering delivers solutions and designs within the corporate architectural outlines - Testmanagement assures the quality of the delivered solutions and artefacts
