Having worked my way through a thorough retail training programme to store manager, area manager, operations controller and finally trading director level - being at the sharp end in a fast moving constantly changing enviroment is where I thrive. This is probably why I have mainly worked in the electrical retail arena as the innovation of product is at the same pace as the environment. Now as a supplier into retail I maintain my focus to improve the retail environment through technology with audio and visual applications. I thrive on developing people and seeing them progress way beyond their own expectations and I would be described as having a firm, fair and collaborative style of management. I strive to become the inspirational leader that has always inspired me to progress.
