I am a person trainer/ National Figure Competitor in the NPC and train a variety of clients in a private studio 15 minutes south of Baltimore, in Howard County. I train all levels of fitness, functional training as well as competitive sports training. My speciality as a mother of three kids and in my 40's is working with people to speed up their slugish metabolisms due to the natural course of aging by use of nutrition and strength training.
