Kathryn “Kim” Ramos has been in the mortgage industry in Colorado for almost six years. Kathryn prides herself on being able to find financing for borrowers who are not easily approved. Creativity and sincerity are tools she employs to get the job done. With wholesale rates at her fingertips, Kathryn can help borrowers whose credit commands it. Kathryn joined the Unitrust Mortgage Team in February of 2007. Hired as a Mortgage Banker, Kathryn can offer borrowers a broad range of knowledge and keeps abreast of changes in the mortgage industry. With nearly six years of experience in various aspects of mortgage lending, Kathryn can offer borrowers a broad range of knowledge about the business and the loan process. Kathryn is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Originally, from Brooklyn, New York, Kathryn will tell you that home is San Jose, California. She and her daughter, Tiffani moved to Colorado from California five years ago after making California their official home of 17 years. Kathryn brought her diverse skills to the high-tech industry of the Silicon Valley in the early 90’s, being well-versed on various computer software and bi-lingual open many doors for executive positions for Kathryn. After job opportunities crossed over into management and business development positions, Kathryn used all her skills and experience and ventured out on her own. In 2002, she relocated to Colorado and opened her own business as an Independent Loan Document Signing Agent and became an Independent Mortgage Consultant. Kathryn has maintained the same integrity and due diligence that it took then into her current role with Unitrust Mortgage.
