H. Pike OliverSenior Lecturer, Cornell University Department of City & Regional Planning Pike is a senior lecturer for the Program in Real Estate at Cornell University. Previously he worked on several large properties for Arizona based W Holdings. He continues as a director for the California based Center for Natural Lands Management. Earlier, Pike was a principal of his own companies after working for several development firms, including The Irvine Company. He began his career working for public agencies, including the City of New York and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research in California. Pike graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in urban studies. He received a Master of Arts in urban planning from UCLA in 1974.
