-Maintaining tight focus on the implementation of USAID/Women Enterprise Development (WED) project, a $6.5 million program aiming at increasing the economic capacity of AWBF women member associations and their constituents and of the Afghan International Chamber of Commerce (AICC), a $6 million program created to serve as a voice for Afghanistan’s business community and to assist in the creation of a business association network;
-Assisted in the development and implementation of CIPE’s program of work for its National Endowment for Democracy (NED), USAID/AICC and USAID/WED programs

-Managed technical assistance programs focusing on professional and multi-sector associations under the Business Associations Development Program (October, 2000-October, 2003). Such assistance programs included training in various areas of organizational development, management of volunteer experts, grant evaluation and implementation assistance, coordination of the Romanian Association Membership Program (RAMP) and the Open Doors Campaign promoting transparency in government. I was also in charge with achieving the USAID contract benchmarks in the advocacy and tourism sectors and with ensuring liaison to business association executives, political leaders and members of the media.
-Oversaw the program activities as part of the NED-funded programs implemented by CIPE in Romania:
1. “STRENGTHENING WOMEN BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS IN ROMANIA– A PROACTIVE TOOL IN PROMOTING DEMOCRATIC VALUES IN ROMANIA” (February 1, 2004 – January 31, 2005);
2. “CREATING A REGIONAL COALITION OF WOMEN’S BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS” (January, 2005 - January, 2006) and
3. “BUILDING ROMANIAN CAPACITIES AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: CREATING THE INSTITUTE FOR ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT AND THE EXECUTIVE EDUCATION SYSTEM” (October 2005- April 2006).
-Oversaw the program activities as part of the NED-funded programs implemented by CIPE in Romania:
