Key Responsibilities:
1. Game Adviser for Soccer, Tennis and Judo
• Provide guidance to Games Convenors and oversee the organizing of national inter- school sports competitions from primary to junior college level.
• Collaborating with National Sports Associations to support the development and management of young sport talents in the field of soccer and tennis.
• Manage the Singapore Combined Schools teams for soccer and tennis.

2. Sports for ALL Programme
• In charge of the above programme, which aims to help schools to increase participation in sports.
• Oversee the Sports Education Programme in schools in partnership with Singapore Sports Council

Key Responsibilities:
• Mapping the direction and operation of the physical education (PE), Aesthetics and CCA Department.
• Plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive instructional programme in PE, music and art in the school.
• Develop and adapt effective teaching strategies to increase learning effectiveness during PE lessons.
• Develop and train teachers in the conducting of PE classes.
• Select, prepare and organise learning resources for use in the classroom.
• Evaluate and track the effectiveness of learning and activities.
• Plan and organise workshops in PE, aesthetics and CCA.

Milestones:
• Appointed Acting Head of Department of PE while still a junior teacher in Radin Mas Primary School
• Revamped PE Curriculum and pioneered the "Camp" experience for students from Primary 1 to 6, which has been rapidly adopted by other schools.
• Pioneered a 2-hour CCA session during curriculum time for ALL P3 to P6 students, quickly followed by other schools later.
• Refined CCA programme for 2008 to increase participation to ALL students from P1 to P6 (whole school).

Job Description:
• Sales and marketing operation for "Busabout Europe Hop On Hop Off" passes in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and the Philippines
• Responsible for the sales and marketing of Contiki Holidays in Singapore
