The success of a customer is what it’s all about. In both cases I take the long-term view, I build rapport and give strong advice. I am the guy in the middle, bringing people together meeting their individual terms and making it all work – the conduit to a sale. I hate incompetence and knowledge is paramount. I’m patient and not pushy; my role is to help people make decisions and it’s always their call. The most important things are integrity, trust and honesty; if I think an opportunity is rubbish I’ll say so. “When it comes to investment property, knowledge and competency are paramount.
