Chairman of iplacement Inc., D/B/A Source2 an internet based RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and Strategic Staffing company based in Orlando Florida. Also, former founding board member and stakeholder of Florida Bank of Commerce, a community bank based in Orlando Florida. As Chairman of iplacement, D/B/A Source2 I am involved in the capital structure and financing aspects of the business, as well as, long term strategic planning and execution of our business plan. I was also one of the founding organizers of Florida Bank of Commerce, a community Bank based in Orlando Florida. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, contract management, financial planning and implementatnion, sales and marketing management and investment strategies.
