Lila Kelly, Principal Consultant and Trainer with Lila Kelly Associates, has over 15 years experience with diversity and has been in the HR field for over 20 years. She works with organizations to provide diversity assessment, training and action planning; centralize recruiting efforts; and develop structured interviewing and hiring strategies. Lila offers a unique approach to integrate diversity into the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process and has authored her first book on this topic. Lila has taught college courses on Managing a Diverse Workforce and has led a monthly diversity discussion group, free and open to the public, for the past seven years. Prior to starting her own business, Lila worked as Director of Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a computer consulting company. She holds a M.A. in Human Development from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis and a B.A. in Business Management and Communications from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul.
