Victor Garcia is the President of VHG Consulting, a global professional services firm that focuses on outsourcing of Association Management Executive services for non-profit organizations as well as Internal Audit Consulting services in business risks, corporate governance, internal controls and professional business advice. In this role Victor provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction to ensure that VHG Consulting remains a leader in the Association Management and Internal Audit areas. He directs the development and execution of new programs and services that meet the needs of a diverse clientele, and attracts new clients to enjoy the products and services offered by the Firm. Assesses and strengthens the business model of the organization to align with current economic realities and to look for new global markets.
