Executive Director, Eve's Circle

I am the founder & Executive Director of Eve’s Circle. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling & Psychology from Troy State University and am currently pursuing a doctorate in Counseling & Psychology from Argosy University. Deeply concerned with the welfare of young girls, with her own funds she started Eve’s Circle in 2007. Prior to starting Eve's Circle in 2007, I worked with Southern Poverty Law Center for nearly eleven years in various capacities. I am the proud recipient of the 2008 Dr. Martin Luther King Spirit Award. I present educational workshops and motivational lectures to girl audiences, adult allies, service providers, schools, churches and community groups throughout the state of Alabama. I am a native of Lincoln, Alabama, a licensed minister and the proud mother of a beautiful daughter.
