We will host a company's job posting, post to all major nationwide job boards, receive resumes which are each screened by at least 3 Readyforce recruiters. We will then rate and rank all applicants and invite the top 20 to complete a video interview. We will then turn over videos, resumes and questionnaires for the top 20 candidates to the client company for review. The company will then choose who they want to invite for a face-to-face interview and generally hire someone from that group. This can all be accomplished for between $1500-$3000.
