Virtual Assistant - Medical Coder and Biller, self employed

I am a widow second time around, and live in the Great Smoky Mountain area of Western North Carolina. I have cerebral palsy, and get around my home in a power chair. I walk with canes outside of home, and drive a hand-controlled vehicle. I am trying to set up a website doing virtual assistant work - clerical. I am very involved in our church - First Pentecost-Assembly of God-Franklin, NC. I now have a website, and trying to get it promoted so I can get work.
