Over twenty years experience with Capital Markets Broker/Dealers and Banking Back Office Operations as a Senior Executive and a Consultant. I had responsibility for the day to day operations of a Major Custody Bank's operations, Commercial Paper operations and its Trust compliance and internal controls. I was a project leader for all new related system implementations and was responsible for integrating four separate Bank Global Plus platforms along with process re-engineering back office operations for a four bank merger and consolidation. For a major financial services organization, I served as a primary contact for discussion and negotiation with external regulators, including FDIC, NYS Banking and SEC. I also worked with Sun Guard's Global Plus System, DTCC, Bank of New York GSCS, Euroclear's Euclid P/C, and Federal Reserve Wire Transfers. I served as a consultant for Capital Market Bank Merger and Integration, including functional analysis and gap identification, Derivative Back Office Operations, and Process Improvements projects
