I have spent the last ten years working with corporations and individuals in Career and Talent Management, developing an expertise in consulting, program management, curriculum development, assessments and individual development. Some of my recent selected achievements are: * I was honored to be selected twice to serve as a speaker at the State Department, through IREX, for Middle Eastern Emerging Leaders on various Career Management topics. *Served as a guest host on the Martha Stewart Career Management radio show on SIRIUS with an audience in excess of 500,000 listeners. *Led the Career Management and Talent Development assessments and plans for over 10,000 individuals at all levels of the organization. *Managed more than 5 projects for leading global Career Management firm for corporations including ExxonMobil, Capital One, Concert Communications and Ahold USA. *Created and led the strategic career management and corporate relations plans for the Kogod School of Business to compete in the Wall Street Journal rankings; we were previously unranked. Under my leadership, we were recently recognized as 39th in the region and established a required MBA Career Management curriculum. *Established and launched a Corporate Relations and Leadership Speaker series for a business school that brought in Executives and companies from around the globe to speak to students.
