16 years of experience in senior leadership roles at five-diamond and five-star hotels and resorts around the world with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and Fairmont Hotel and Resorts I have a Master Certification in Financial and Strategic Management from Cornell University, Degree in Business Administration from Columbus University and a diploma from the California Hotel Association. I began my career in hospitality with the venerable Four Seasons brand. From 1994 to 2004, I held positions of increasing responsibility both in the United States and internationally. I also served on the opening team for various Four Seasons five-diamond hotels in the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean. In 2004, I joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at The 5 Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as Director of Rooms in 2005. During my tenure of DOR, I also acted as Corporate Director of Rooms Fairmont due to maternity leave of the Corporate Director.
