After beginning work at the Hotel River in charge of reception and as financial secretary, moved into more responsible positions within the company, ultimately serving as Director from August 1, 2002 until the sale of the Hotel in June, 2007. As Director, responsible for day to day operation of the hotel ,financial management, personnel and maintenance staff as well as compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to the operation. In addition, from November, 1999 through October 2000, while the hotel was closed for a complete renovation, served as administrator in charge of the work in progress.

Began work as Chef de Rang, followed by assumption of duties as administrator/secretary of accounting, responsible for contact with vendors and clients.
