During 1998-1999, I was the Y2K project leader for all VAX & Alpha machines. I organized, planned, and scheduled the entire Y2K Compliancy Project. I directed the necessary upgrades of all OpenVMS systems to Y2K compliancy levels, the application of all necessary patches and the required tests to insure network compliancy. On a daily basis I worked with customers including: union members, foreman, plant managers, network engineers, DBAs, operators, account System Engineers, supervisors, and managers. I also interfaced with vendors and scheduled and organized repairs needed on machines or software.
