I've been involved in four start-ups since 1985, having more fun for sure than guys with a proper day job - But also more sleepless nights. I will bet the farm, the house and the goat on ideas and people I believe in. More importantly my Wife strangely believes in me and has done for 30 years this year... I help motivate, energise and sell business dreams and ideas. Without the structured thinkers around me I flounder, but with them we can go to the Moon - thanks. My 27 trips to the US between 2004 and 2007 changed how I viewed my home Country, so now I'm proud to call the Isle of Man home, and almost balancing work/life better than ever (except for odd addiction to mobile email). Work fills those long gaps between motorcycle trips, often it gets in the way. Whoever said "a wet day on a motorbike beats a dry day in an office" was right. Having biked in 21 Countries, there's another 90% to shoot for...
