Duane Grantham possesses decades of experience in his field and has been responsible for stunning successes through his executive leadership of the South Carolina Ports Authority and Charleston International Ports, LLC. Competitive and driven, Duane Grantham has proven his ability to drive organization-wide change and increase profits exponentially. An expert in budgeting and finance, marketing, and a number of other valuable areas, Duane Grantham positioned the South Carolina State Ports Authority as a national and international leader through the use of groundbreaking sales models and the signing of new contracts with Neptune Orient Lines, Sealand Lines, and BMW. Duane Grantham also headed up Marketing and Sales for the South Carolina Ports Authority and captured contracts with nine out of ten of the major American and global steamship lines. During four years of service as President and Chief Executive Officer of Charleston International Ports, LLC, Duane Grantham turned an operating loss to a profit position two years ahead of projections by closing contracts with key corporate clients, including a premiere tug company and salt importer. In addition, Duane Grantham made insightful decisions to outsource labor and accounting to enhance efficiency and quality. Duane Grantham earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. During his undergraduate studies, Duane Grantham pursued an additional emphasis in Finance.
