I’m originally from West Seattle, but fell in love with the East-Side of the State while attending Washington State University…Go Cougs! After earning a degree in Sport Management, I spent several years in Southern California promoting and managing aspects of a Seattle Mariners minor League Baseball team…it was fun and challenging, but I wanted to do something more, something that would allow me to really make a difference in peoples lives. I began a career in Real Estate in 2005 and made Spokane’s South Hill Neighborhood my home. Immediately I understood that there are essentially two types of Realtors; what I would call “Transactional” and “Relationship” Based. I knew right away that the Relationship based approach would be the most rewarding and personally gratifying path for me; I like helping people, my clients turn into some of my best friends and I love showing others how to save time and money so that they can focus on what’s most important in their lives. I’m an avid over-achiever in all that do, but I think that’s served me well; I’ve consistently ranked in the Top 5% of all Realtors in the Spokane area and sell over 5-Million dollars worth of Real Estate annually.
