LaDawn has been a Customer Support Representative at MINDBODY, Inc. since October 2010. The best part of her job is getting new clients setup so they spend more time on their business and less time with the software. Starting at MINDBODY is an exciting move for her as it combines her past experience in Customer Service and Technical Support with her interest in Massage, Reikii, and healthy living in general. She is Reikii III level certified and volunteers as a Reikii practitioner at Unity of Santa Maria about once a month. LaDawn is originally from Utah, where she worked for Novell and had the opportunity to support various network platforms. She moved to the Central Coast in 2002 to be closer to extended family. She enjoys visiting Utah to ski and living in paradise where she never has to drive in the snow, and seldom turns on the air conditioning. When not at MINDBODY, she is the Director of Youth Education at Unity of Santa Maria and enjoys working with families, children and teenagers in learning the benefits and the power and positive thinking and living. When it's time to relax, she's probably reading a book, or watching movies. If she had life to do over again, she would use her passion for storytelling and become and fabulously successful writer/director of blockbuster movies. LaDawn enjoys enjoys teaching, writing, learning new technology, and meeting new people.
