I offer over 30 years of experience in all areas of Fine Dinning, menu and wine list development, banquet & catering, wine & food purchasing and front of the house management. I started working at the Chateau Frontenac as a Wine Steward thereafter completed my Hotel Management Degree at the Cornell University Branch in Puerto Rico. My Food Industry Management Career continued with positions as Maitre D', Sommelier. In the late 80's I owned a Restaurant and Catering Business. I later develop a Coffee brand “Café Nervosa” with Paramount consumer product. Since then I came back in the Restaurant Industry as a Manager in Highly rated fine Dinning Restaurants and currently pursuing a Sommelier Certification. |
