A former CEO and Consultant of the Tong Eng Group , Land Resources Group, Yeley Group and the Sin Loke Group of Companies, he launched various development projects in Singapore, Malaysia and China. A former Director of Planning for Singapore, he retired in recent years to concentrate on hostel developments in Southeast Asia under the name of ServiceWorld Centre. |
