After graduating in Psychology I began my career in recruitment with a niche executive search consultancy focused on technology and ecommerce. Following this I joined TMP Worldwide (now Hudson) in business development for their retained search practice. Prior to joining Sharpstream Life Sciences I spent seven years as Recruitment Consultant for a boutique search consultancy. My role incorporated client acquisition and management, delivery and research for retained assignments within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, management consulting and LS technology sectors.
