One of Jim Graca's signature purchases was Chicago’s Dewes Mansion, a fantastic Beaux Arts creation completed in 1896. For over 12 years, Jim Graca has served as Principal of Marquest Financial. In his role at the company, Graca finances commercial real estate and syndicates solar energy tax credits. Jim Graca assists corporate investors and individuals who want to exchange solar energy tax credits for working capital in a project. He maintains affiliation with the Solar Energy Industries Association. A lover of animals, Jim Graca contributes regularly to The Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago and Detroit Dog Rescue. For fifteen years, Graca has served on the Board of Directors of Glenview Credit Union. Educated in Minneapolis at the University of Minnesota, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. A resident of Lake Forest, Illinois, Jim Graca is devoted to his personal fitness, and he enjoys spending a summer morning on the bike trails of the Middlefork Savanna Forest Preserve.
