I have spent 20 years working in education management, training and recruiting. I have experience with publicly listed large Japanese companies, small American start up companies and have consulted in Korea, China and Japan. A lot of what I do is change management and improving systems, processes and most importantly the human capital in businesses. Add to this a strong marketing background and you can see that I have very rich global business management experience working with a variety of cultures and nationalities.
