Oversee the team of IT Specialists to ensure that duties are performed in accordance with the organization's standards and requirements. Provide hardware and software support to internal and external corporate users, administer our networks, and bring additional software training to Wrights/Simplicity. Responsible for all system security including, but not limited to, web, e-mail, VPN, and IP telephony. Installed 350 IP phones, did the configuration and deployment at 3 different locations. Put in 3 servers around the world that replicate our specifications for products daily on Linux servers. Setup all our shipping stations at 3 different locations with label printers, scanners and scales to interact with Fedex and our AS400. I handle every call with a sense of service and urgency. By doing this I afford each individual and/or department the opportunity to operate at their maximum efficiency with regards to their computer productivity and related skills. |
