Rob Gibson

Senior Investigations Manager, JCPenney

Rob Gibson is the Senior Investigations Manager for JCPenney and manages a team of investigators that covers the Central United States. Rob has over 12 years of Loss Prevention experience and is responsible for managing and executing JCPenney’s Organized Retail Crime strategy. Prior to joining the JCPenney team, Rob drew his retail experience from Target and Abercrombie & Fitch. Rob began his career catching shoplifters and has since held the title of Regional Investigator, Regional Loss Prevention Manager and Senior Organized Retail Crime Investigator. Rob is currently the Illinois State Representative for the Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail (CLEAR) and also sits on the board for the Cook County Regional Organized Crime Task Force. Rob received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University.
