Over 9 years experience in the Financial Services industry. I have help clients in a variety of roles over this time frame. Worked with retirement plan participants to help them understand their plan sponsored retirement plans and get started with securing their financial futures. Also worked as an Investor Center Counselor helping individuals establish their investment goals and strategies face to face. As a brokerage services specialist I helped individual clients place complex trades and also discussed the implications and risks involved of certain strategies such as options, margin accounts and short selling. In my current role as Retirement Plan Coordinator, I work directly with Plan Sponsors and Internal Clients to ensure the plan operational issues are identified and resolved quickly as well as offer service enhancements that may improve operational efficeincy.
