Chris Palmer

Born Ft Wayne, IN to a Builder/Developer father. Started Concrete, Framing, Trim Carpentry at 14. Graduated Indiana University-Bloomington 1984. Built Homes in Louisville throughout the 1980's. Including Homearama Homes in 1989 and 1990. Real Estate Sales in the early 1990's, and Residential Mortgage Lending until 2002. Commercial Real Estate Lending, Concentrating in Residential Construction and Development Lending until 2010. Back into my true passion Residential Mortgage Lending in 2010. Knowledge of all aspects of the Home Building and Existing Home Sales Industry separates my experience from virtualy all others in the Mortgage Lending Industry.
