George Kalivretenos

Florida resident George Kalivretenos serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Holdings LLC in Orlando. Possessing over two decades of experience in the building and development industry, George Kalivretenos is a recognized expert in the field. Over the years, he has taught several seminars discussing construction and marketing to industry professionals, providing comprehensive insight using his background in business and success in property development. Since 1987, George Kalivretenos has held senior positions that involved management of all aspects of the companies he joined. Responsible for land acquisitions and project development, George Kalivretenos also managed business financials, created and maintained budgets, and handled all administrative tasks. George Kalivretenos has lent his expertise to projects that spanned a variety of purposes, including commercial and residential development. Additionally, he has also contributed to municipal projects designed to improve city infrastructure.
