Alfred joined the Executive Search profession from a management consulting and corporate management background. He has specialised in operation improvement, organization development, strategic management and M&A. He holds an MBA, is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Prior to joining the team, Alfred accrued over 30 years in business consulting. Most recently, he served in an executive capacity as Joint Managing Director and Chief Officer of two listed industrial groups. His core focus during that time was on numerous joint venture and acquisition projects across Europe performing organizational restructuring, personnel redeployment, technology transfer and turn around operations. Alfred has a wealth of contacts across a wide network of business and industries, namely: Toys, Electronics, Textiles, Plastics, Food Processing, Packaging, Machinery, Construction and Engineering. He is well connected in the related fields of Supply Chain, Logisitcs, ERP, IT and Communications for enterprises.
