Greogry Vella has twenty years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Vella first gained valuable national appraisal experience working for Joseph J. Blake & Associates (Chicago) as a senior level associate completing work throughout the United States. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Landauer, Gregory was employed at Tew Realty Advisors (TRA) for six years dating back to when that company was formed. He played a large role in TRA's growth; generating substantial new business from national clientele. Gregory Vella also contributed to product development and was responsible for bringing to the firm a significant amount of institutional and complex assignments. At Grubb & Ellis Landauer Greg serves as a Team Leader for the Orlando office with day-to-day responsibilities to include business development, training, and production.
