I began selling real estate in Tomball, Texas during the mid '80's working for a Developer. I worked both in sales as well as taking care of the accounting and administration of their commercial land packages. Then began the residential foreclosure market here in Houston. I listed and sold foreclosed properties (both residential homes and raw land) for several years into the early '90's. Thank goodness Houston hasn't seen the same number of foreclosures today that we had in that time period and has maintained a stable real estate market. In 1991 my husband Al and I began working together as a real estate "Team" and have been working together ever since.
