Finn AagaardSenior Partner / Part owner, Taplow Denmark As professional Headhunter ,and founder of Professional Management back in 1991, i have a proven record as business developer and manager. Has been independent of banks and external financing since 1992, and have with succes made limited companies as co partner back in 2002 by starting up The Taplow Group SA. an executive search consulting group, with about 60 offices global. I am bord member there. Besides i have managed to survive and grow the Danish company, with important milestones. Made the organisation to a Holding company APS owing 2 diffrent business regitered A/S Professionel Tekst & Profesionel Management A/S in 1995, sold PT A/S to Bonnier Sweden in cash and shares. Changed name to Professionel Search A/S. - survived the .com crises, and reorganised to be partner owned, with 2 partners in 2004, and again in 2008 where i again sold shares and we changed our brand and logo to Taplow Denmark. Still a very active executive partner in the international group. We have managed to grow the business to now 11 heads in DK. Only with 1,5 eployees al other heads are associated partners and 5 is owner partners. My primary group task is to identify and connect new partners to continiue over expansion, and we do it. What is the basic business idea an reason to the succes? The right people! All partners has a professional bacground as C level managers with proven succes from sales & marketing / topline resposabillity in international concerns,but with a great demand of be independent to create their own partner business within a succesfull Headhunter organisation. That is what they get in Taplow Denmark, besides a professional team of partners with a great sence of humour, positive attitudes, but not least hard working to be efficient and strong consultants / advisors to our clients. And our clients are more than ever depended of their ability to make new business and get a positive pipeline with a high gross margin ind a global hard compettitive invironment and market. To accomplish that they need recruiting of the absolute most market creative and resultoriented leaders / managers. Many companies dont have that profile, but it is a must to attract them. This is our main Vision / Mission and strategy to be the prefered headhunters to make that happen. And we do it ! I am soon 70 years young, and the generation change will be finnished may 2011 when i must sell my rest 22% shares to our partners.
