Gary Kannenberg is an environmental scientist and LEED AP with over 25+ years experience solving the environmental problems facing property owners. He is also a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector and Certified Energy Auditor. For 20+ years he has been the owner of The Tellus Group, an environmental & sustainable practices consulting firm whose clients range from local school districts to national retail and manufacturing firms. Work for his clients has included nearly every facet of environmental concerns including Phase I, II & III Site Assessments, Title V air permits, soil & groundwater remediation projects, development of corporate environmental & safety programs, asbestos, lead paint, radon & mold investigations and remediation, indoor air quality investigations, SPCC & SWPPP plans, UST projects, and OSHA related safety training. His work has taken him to 40+ states and several countries where he has worked with local regulators to solve the environmental problems facing his clients.
