Sylvia Keppy-Dow

I am a retired insurance professional. I worked in the insurance industry for 45+ years, retired 3 times, the last in 2009. I worked primarily with commercial accounts, national church groups, municipality and townships, circuit manufacturers and speciality storage facilities. It was an exciting career. I was with one employers for about 24 years, retired, went with a smaller agency in management for a few years and lastly with a great agency in Scottsdale. I spent 35 years in the Nat'l Association of Ins. Women, serving in various local, state, regional and national positions. Education was a main goal in my years in the industry and NAIW. Earned the CPIW (Certified Professional Ins. Woman designation, The CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor designation and the DAE, Diversified Advanced Education designation. The most important part of being part of that organization was the friendships that were cultivated and retained for all of those years, and many of them remain intact today.
