I have worked in international airport security management, 5 star international brand hotel safety and security management, mystery guest operations, coordinating flight safety management in an airline, catering safety and security management, ramp safety training and auditing, information security, flight safety management system, software research & development for safety, security and information system project, incident and accident investigation and reporting. My experiences are based on safety & security procedures, safety management system (SMS), close coordination with local police or military police units, loss prevention procedures, recruiting security personnel, budgeting, housekeeping, engineering, night manager, OHSAS, HACCP, EMS, minimise risk, loss or injury to staff and equipment, first aid, fire prevention and training, office management, correspondences, mystery guest operations, auditing, corrective actions and reporting, managing people and cooperating with peer managers and all kinds of administrative business. In addition, I have a vision for improving process and standards with quality principles to run the business in economical way, review the incidents and accident for trends, and make necessary comment or action for corrective actions.
