My competence profile is obtained through: Military and Sivil educations and eperiences i.e: General Military and sivil educations and experiences; and special telecommunication and Military educations and experiences, as to all the prime areas of fixed and cellular telecommunications - with due focus on e.g planning, implementing (roll-out), OAM, managing of international staff on country-wide cellular and fixed telecommunications network projects, hence development, preparation and conduction of cellular and fixed telecommunication training programmes, etc... And, Military educations and experiences obtained by attending College, courses and numerious Nato and other excersises. Further, spesial telecommunications experiences also includ how to migrate circuit switched fixed telecommunication networks, in a step wise manner, to a forthcoming NGN - IP based network. And lastly, my overall technical, managerial, processes & procedures, economi/business competence profile has been enforsed further - through the performing of huge Cellular og Fixed Telecommunications undertakings, in more that eighteen (18) countries - i.e. Scandinavia, Holland, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Nigeria, Colombia, Hahiti, etc...etc...
