Enrique ArevaloAttorney, Law Office of Enrique Arevalo A champion of immigrants, attorney Enrique Arevalo came to the United States from Mexico as a teenager. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at California State University, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor at the Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. Founding the Law Office of Enrique Arevalo in 1984, he expanded the firm to larger quarters in South Pasadena in 1993. With five paralegals and five attorneys, Arevalo represents clients facing immigration, naturalization, deportation, citizenship challenges, and political asylum issues. The Law Office of Enrique Arevalo assists individuals through the naturalization process, counseling clients on interview strategies and the law as it applies to particular cases. The firm, under the supervision of Enrique Arevalo, also prepares and files the proper paperwork for and at times joins clients at citizenship interviews. For immigration visas, the practice’s lawyers walk their clients through the petition and interview process. Deportation defense includes representation before immigration, federal, and circuit courts, as well as constant re-education on the applicable laws, which frequently change. Recognized for his legal expertise, Enrique Arevalo hosts a radio show on the Univision Communications Inc. network and discusses immigration issues on the Telemundo television network.
