A Henderson native, I returned to my hometown in 1997 to establish a private practice following my graduation from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and practice for two years in Cincinnati. In 2004, I was a founding partner of Bach Hamilton LLP, a four-attorney litigation firm. I focus my practice in civil litigation, ranging from employment defense matters to Plaintiff's injury and medical negligence cases. I maintain law licenses in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. I am also actively involved in many community organizations, and currently serve as a Director for the Henderson/Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, the Henderson Family YMCA, and the Henderson Lions Club (as past President). My wife, Emily, and I live in Henderson and are the parents of four teenage children.
